Subsoil use
Access to the digital service "Single Subsoil Use Platform 'Minerals'" (hereinafter referred to as the Service) is provided by the Joint-Stock Company "Information and Accounting Center" (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), which is designated as the single operator in the field of state property accounting (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 2011, No. 802, for three categories of users:
Individuals - free of charge. Authorization in the Service is not required, and they can view reference and statistical information in the field of subsoil use
Employees of authorized state bodies - on the basis of a written application, within the framework of annual public procurement contracts for services concluded between the Operator and the authorized body
Subsoil users and applicants (any legal entities and individual entrepreneurs) - on a paid basis, for ensuring uninterrupted access to the Service's data. To gain access to the Service, it is necessary to pay the cost of the Operator's services in accordance with the Price List and sign an application for accession to the User Agreement with an EDS*
EDS - electronic digital signature issued by the National Certification Authority of Kazakhstan for legal entities
